|Ahmed: “I’d rather to live blind with dignity than living sighted but in humiliation”|
Ahmed Harara, young Egyptian dentist Who has lost his right eye on the 28th of January Demos, which you will find written on his eye patch.
Harara lost his other eye on the clashes of the 19th of November days ago.
I dedicate this (horrible poem) to him:
"My eyes are blind but I can see
Clearer than the fiends that blinded me
For in their sadistic wicked glee
They realize not ; our word is not a plea
One day soon, we will all be free
And it will be the demons turn to flee."
Stay strong Harara. Stay strong Egypt.
